A former Novosibirsk resident who moved to Moscow praised the latter’s proactive approach to landscaping, including the immediate replacement of damaged trees and the laying of new lawns after infrastructure repairs. One woman specifically cited improvements in Central Park, noting the addition of asphalt paths that made it easier to navigate with a stroller.
