Vadim Nemchenko has been detained by the Kalininsky District Court of Novosibirsk for 1 month and 29 days, accused of murdering a security guard at a factory and committing robbery. The decision was made following a hearing where Nemchenko pleaded not guilty.

Nemchenko claims he was at the factory on the night of the incident to assist in removing personal belongings. He asserts that he cooperated with the investigation, even aiding in the detention of another individual, Yakimov. He suggests that he was framed and that he had only gone to the location to help load belongings at Yakimov’s request. He also stated he had no intention of evading the investigation.

According to reports, Nemchenko is a Novosibirsk native. Records from the Kirovsky District Court indicate that someone with the same name has been tried at least three times previously. The first sentence was issued in 2013 for hooliganism and making death threats.

Police reports indicate that on the night of June 1-2, two men, aged 34 and 44, entered a commercial property. The 34-year-old, a welder at the organization, allegedly planned to steal construction tools and enlisted the help of a previously convicted acquaintance, supposedly Nemchenko.
