The catamaran “Ravelin” is set to launch on June 13th, offering excursions around Kronstadt’s forts. The vessel will depart from the “Island of Forts” pier.

Operated by Neva Travel, the “Ravelin” will also be available for daytime excursions on the Neva River and evening bridge opening viewings.

This catamaran is the second of four “Sommers” project vessels. These catamarans were constructed at the Sredne-Nevsky Shipbuilding Plant. The construction of these vessels is part of the development of the “Island of Forts” cluster.

The lead vessel, the catamaran “Bastion,” began operations last year. The “Ravelin” was delivered to the customer in early April. The developing island district of Kronstadt aims to establish itself as a cultural and social hub.
