Two minors were injured in a motorcycle accident in Novosibirsk on Kropotkina Street on July 10th at approximately 9:30 PM. The incident occurred at the intersection of Planetnaya and Kropotkina streets, according to an eyewitness.

The motorcycle, carrying the two teenagers, collided with a car that allegedly failed to yield at the intersection. The motorcyclist attempted to brake and avoid the collision but was unsuccessful, crashing into the left side of the car.

Eyewitness accounts suggest that the injured parties were around 15 years old. Reportedly, one of the teenagers had received the motorcycle as a graduation gift the day before.

While the car sustained minimal damage, both teenagers sustained injuries requiring medical attention. Paramedics and traffic police responded to the scene.

The eyewitness stated that the car driver was likely at fault for failing to yield. However, the resident also emphasized the irresponsibility of allowing children to operate a motorcycle, assigning partial blame to the parents.

As of the time of the initial report, the State Traffic Inspectorate of Novosibirsk had not released an official statement regarding the accident. This incident follows a separate event the previous day where a PAZ bus veered into a ditch in the Novosibirsk region.
