Moscow Central Diameters D4 Line to Experience Increased Train Intervals

From June 12th to 15th, the Moscow Central Diameters (MCD) D4 line will experience increased train intervals and some station closures due to construction at Zheleznodorozhnaya station. The Moscow Department of Transport announced the changes, which will affect service in both directions.

On June 12th, until 8:00 AM, trains will run with intervals of up to 1 hour and 30 minutes in both directions. From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the same day, most trains traveling from Zheleznodorozhnaya towards the city center will not stop at Ol’gino, Kuchino, Saltykovskaya, Nikolskoe, Kuskovo, and Chukhlinka stations. From 12:00 PM on June 12th until the end of service, certain trains heading towards Moscow will bypass the Kuskovo and Chukhlinka stations. Passengers affected by these changes can travel to Nizhegorodskaya and board a train in the opposite direction.

On June 13th, from the start of service until 8:00 AM, trains in both directions will be delayed by up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

On June 14th, from morning until 1:00 PM, train intervals will increase to up to 30 minutes. During this period, trains heading away from Moscow will skip the Ol’gino, Kuchino, Saltykovskaya, Nikolskoe, Kuskovo, and Chukhlinka stations. From 1:00 PM on June 14th to 6:00 AM on June 15th, selected trains “to the region” will not stop at the Kuskovo and Chukhlinka stations.

Some trains traveling towards Moscow will operate on shortened routes, terminating at Zheleznodorozhnaya, Nizhegorodskaya, and Ploschad’ Tryokh Vokzalov (Three Stations Square).
