Novosibirsk experienced heavy rainfall this morning, leading to significant flooding across the city. Residents were forced to adapt to the sudden weather change, trading summer attire for warmer clothing and umbrellas.

The downpour created large puddles, particularly impacting pedestrian traffic on streets like Lenin Street, where sidewalks were submerged. Navigating the city became challenging, with people having to jump over puddles to avoid getting wet.

The inclement weather also discouraged the use of scooters, as conditions were unsuitable for riding.
