A search is underway for 40-year-old Nikolai Kalugin, who has been missing in the Urals region since May 27th. Police and volunteer groups are actively involved in the effort to locate him.

Kalugin reportedly left a dispensary in Bogdanovich and may have been attempting to reach Rezh when he went missing. His mother, Olga Kalugina, informed sources that her son is partially deaf and struggles to hear without a hearing aid. The family has had no contact with him since his disappearance.

Nikolai Kalugin is described as approximately 172 centimeters tall with a thin build. He has light brown hair and blue eyes. At the time he went missing, he was wearing a brown leather jacket and white sneakers.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Nikolai Kalugin’s whereabouts to come forward and assist in the search.
