A man was found dead under the windows of an apartment building on Viktor Usa Street in the Zatulinsky residential area of Novosibirsk on the evening of May 31st. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.

The incident was reported on the Telegram channel AST-54 Black, stating that a body was lying outside 7 Viktor Usa Street and suggesting the person may have fallen from a window. Eyewitnesses at the scene confirmed the presence of police and ambulance personnel.

The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the man’s death. According to the ministry, police received a report about the discovery of a man’s body on Viktor Usa Street, showing no immediate signs of foul play.

This incident follows a similar case in Novosibirsk where a woman’s body was discovered beneath the windows of a building on Zorge Street.
