Moscow-based PIK leads the nation in housing commissioned from January to May 2025, followed by GC Samolet and GC SSK.

LSR Group, a St. Petersburg developer, secured sixth position in the nationwide ERZ ranking for housing volume commissioned between January and May 2025. LSR Group commissioned 175.9 thousand sq. m of housing, equivalent to ten apartment buildings across two regions.

PIK, a Moscow company, leads the ranking with 437 thousand sq. m of housing commissioned across five regions. GC Samolet ranks second with 404 thousand sq. m in three regions. The Krasnodar developer, GC SSK, completes the top three with 263 thousand sq. m commissioned.

The top ten also includes companies from the Tyumen Region and Stavropol Territory, alongside those from Moscow, St. Petersburg, and the Krasnodar Territory.
