A tragic incident in the Tula region has resulted in the death of three people, including a 13-year-old boy, after they were struck by lightning on a beach. The event occurred in the village of Bunyrevo, Aleksinsky district, as reported by the Telegram channel Shot.

Six additional individuals sustained injuries during the lightning strike and are presently undergoing medical evaluation.

Preliminary information indicates that the victims were vacationers at the Shakhtyor park-hotel. Some were swimming in the Oka River, while others were sunbathing on the shore. Eyewitness accounts describe a powerful lightning discharge striking the water near the shoreline.
