A businessman from Novosibirsk named Alexander appeared on the “Let’s Get Married” program, but his financial support of his ex-wives raised concerns among the hosts. Alexander, 39, owns a network of laser hair removal clinics and fast-food outlets and is a former professional basketball player.

During the show, it was revealed that Alexander financially supports five women: his mother, two daughters, and two ex-wives. The hosts, Larisa Guzeeva and Roza Syabitova, questioned the brides about their comfort level with this arrangement.

The first bride, Anastasia, a model and actress, expressed concern that Alexander’s financial obligations would leave little for their potential family. The second bride, Maria, a gemologist, stated that while supporting children is admirable, supporting ex-wives may hinder their ability to move on and find new relationships. The third bride, Olga, a tennis coach, agreed that while caring for children is important, ex-wives should be responsible for themselves.

Despite the hosts’ and some of the brides’ reservations, Alexander chose Maria at the end of the program.
