The Lada Azimut, unveiled at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum on June 18th, is still undergoing significant development before its planned mass production in 2026. According to AVTOVAZ Project Director Oleg Grunenkov, substantial work remains to finalize details and validate all components.

Grunenkov stated that comprehensive calibration of essential systems such as the engine, braking system, electric transmission, and chassis is necessary to ensure the car performs optimally.

While the price of the new Lada flagship has not yet been announced, AVTOVAZ indicates it will be competitively priced, “slightly more expensive than the Vesta.” The final cost will be disclosed next year, prior to the commencement of sales.

The XXVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, held from June 18-21, 2025, focuses on the theme “Shared Values ​​are the Foundation of Growth in a Multipolar World.” The event anticipates participation from 20,000 representatives across 140 countries and territories.
