A Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was intercepted over the Leningrad Region on the morning of June 10, according to the Ministry of Defense. The drone, of the airplane type, was shot down by air defense systems around 7 a.m.
This marks the third drone incident reported in the region. Earlier, Governor Alexander Drozdenko announced that one UAV was destroyed in the Tosnensky district, followed by another in the Lomonosovsky district.
