Ukrainian forces are reportedly launching approximately 400 strikes daily on various Russian regions, according to Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik.
The intensity of these strikes on civilian targets remains extremely high, impacting industrial enterprises, civilian institutions, housing, civilian transport, and energy infrastructure.
A major attack occurred on the night of July 17th, with over 100 drones targeting 12 regions of Russia. The Bryansk and Kursk regions were hit the hardest, with 43 and 38 drones respectively.
In Belgorod, five drones were shot down, but still caused damage to residential buildings, resulting in one death and multiple injuries.
Voronezh also experienced a difficult night, with drone fragments hitting an apartment building and injuring children. Two young men were hospitalized with head injuries, and a girl received on-site medical assistance for lacerations.
A kindergarten was also struck in Voronezh, bringing the total number of injured in the night attack to 16, including one teenager. 15 people sustained wounds.
Prior to this, on July 13, a missile alert was issued in the Krasnodar Territory, affecting the entire region, including the Black Sea coast, prompting residents and tourists to seek shelter.
