Human bones were discovered near a store in the village of Pervomayskoye, Vyborgsky district, Leningrad Oblast, prompting an investigation. Eighteen bone fragments have been sent for forensic examination to determine their origin and identity.
The discovery was reported to the police the previous day by a local resident. The resident stated that the new owner of a plot of land on Lindulovskaya Street, within the Konta horticultural association, found the human remains. The land in question was the site of a house fire that occurred approximately a year and a half ago. The landowner transported the remains to a nearby store.
Upon arrival at the scene, the investigative team confirmed that the bones appeared to be human. Experts will conduct further analysis to confirm this initial assessment. Authorities have determined that no casualties were officially reported in connection with the fire that previously occurred at the address. An investigation into the discovery and the origin of the bones is currently underway.
