Horse Abducted by Unidentified Individuals in Vsevolozhsk

In Vsevolozhsk, a horse left tied to a lawn near the highway was taken by four unknown individuals who failed to provide documentation for the animal. Eyewitnesses reported the incident to Fontanka on June 9th, noting that the individuals refused to show any ownership papers.

The incident began when three people, a man, a woman, and a teenager believed to be representatives of a nomadic group, attempted to remove the horse. Local residents, who had been caring for the horse by providing food and water, objected and asked for proof of ownership. The group responded with offensive language and stated they would only present documents to the police.

An elderly man subsequently joined the group, and under his direction, the horse was untied and led away despite resisting. A video captured by residents shows the horse’s reluctance to go with the individuals.

Locals contacted the police as the group appeared, but law enforcement did not arrive before the individuals left with the horse. The eyewitness who reported the incident noted that the group struggled to unhook the horse, and the animal did not seem to recognize them.

The horse had been tethered near the road for several days prior to the incident. Residents stated that this was not the first instance of a horse being left in this location, presumably for grazing, without supervision or access to water.
