Fundraising for Liza Ershova’s Rehabilitation Course

Liza Ershova, a 6-year-old girl from Saint Petersburg diagnosed with atypical autism, requires a specialized rehabilitation course costing 269,300 rubles to further her development and improve her cognitive-behavioral skills. Her family has exhausted their financial resources and is seeking assistance from the Alyosha Charitable Foundation to fund this crucial treatment.

Liza’s atypical autism diagnosis led to reduced intellect and impaired speech, hindering her ability to communicate and perform simple tasks. Despite these challenges, Liza’s family is dedicated to supporting her development through specialized kindergarten, speech therapy, and Tomatis therapy.

Since starting early intervention, Liza has shown progress, learning to make eye contact, understand tasks, and express growing interest in her surroundings. Continued rehabilitation is essential to further develop her cognitive-behavioral skills and speech.

The rehabilitation center developed comprehensive program not covered by state funds, is beyond the family’s financial means, prompting them to seek help from the Alyosha Charitable Foundation. Liza’s mother expressed her initial reluctance to seek public assistance but was encouraged by the increasing awareness and diagnosis of autism.

She appeals to the public, highlighting Liza’s potential and the progress she has already made, urging them to contribute to her rehabilitation and help her thrive.
