One person has died and 24 crew members were rescued after a fire erupted on a fishing vessel docked in Zolotoy Rog Bay in Vladivostok. The incident occurred on June 10th.

The fire broke out on a fishing vessel located at a commercial parking lot at a pier in Zolotoy Rog Bay, specifically in the Dalzavodskaya Street area.

70 rescuers and 17 pieces of equipment were deployed to combat the blaze. The fire was initially contained to an area of 200 square meters. Firefighters spent approximately four hours extinguishing the fire.

The Eastern Interregional Investigation Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has initiated a criminal case related to the fire. The case is being investigated under the article addressing causing death by negligence, and the circumstances surrounding the fire are currently under investigation.
