A fire broke out at the “Impulse” elite shooting club, located in the “Kvadrat” business center on Vereyskaya Street in Moscow’s Mozhaisky district, on Thursday evening.
The fire, which erupted around 9 PM, prompted the evacuation of the building. Firefighters are on the scene working to fully extinguish the blaze, which generated thick black smoke visible from the third floor. One person remains unaccounted for following the evacuation.
The Moscow branch of the Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed that visitors had left the building before the arrival of fire and rescue units.
According to reports, “Impulse” is Moscow’s first private shooting club, catering to business representatives, entrepreneurs, and top managers. The club features a large gallery of approximately two thousand square meters, allowing for shooting at distances of up to 50 meters with a wide shooting sector.
The shooting club is owned by brothers Sergei and Alexei Davydov, with Mikhail Gribkov serving as the head. Ruslan Goryukhin, the initial project idea creator, has not been involved with the Moscow shooting range for several years.
