The 5th Interregional Festival of Old Believer Culture “LYAKOVA” will take place on July 13th in the village of Lyakova, Novgorod Oblast, offering a free immersion into the traditions, crafts, and song and ritual heritage of the Old Believers.

The festival, starting at 12:00 at the “Old Believer Compound” museum, will feature a fair of folk crafts, master classes, and creative meetings held in traditional village huts.

Guests can enjoy performances of spiritual verses and ritual songs on two stages, alongside folk games, round dances, and traditional treats like Old Believer thick soup.
