A 79-year-old driver died on June 9th in a multi-vehicle accident in the Tosnensky district of the Leningrad region, near the interchange of federal highways A-120 and M-10. The accident occurred at 2:30 PM on the 107th kilometer of the A-120 highway.

The Suzuki Grand Vitara driver allegedly failed to yield while entering the main road from a secondary road, leading to a collision with a Volvo truck. The Volvo truck was driven by a 37-year-old man.

Following the initial impact, the Volvo veered into oncoming traffic and collided with an Isuzu truck, driven by a 43-year-old man.

The Isuzu driver was hospitalized with moderate injuries. An investigation into the circumstances of the accident is currently underway.
