Expansion of “Ryobernaya” Locations to Tomsk and Novokuznetsk

“Monsta Family” restaurant group, originating from Novosibirsk, is expanding its reach with new “Ryobernaya” locations set to open in Novokuznetsk and Tomsk. The group’s founder, Alexander Goncharov, confirmed the expansion plans, marking the first venture of “Monsta Family” concepts outside of Novosibirsk.

In Novokuznetsk, a “Ryobernaya” restaurant is slated to open in the “Planeta” shopping center. This follows the successful launch of a “Na Farshe” dumpling shop in the same location.

Tomsk will see an even larger “Monsta Family” presence with three establishments planned for the “House of Cultures” complex, which is currently under construction. These include “Ryobernaya,” a dumpling shop, and a burger joint. The potential addition of a “Wine and Greeks” concept is also being considered.

The “House of Cultures” complex represents a significant development for Tomsk’s culinary scene. Located in the former Tomsk Electrolamp Factory (TELZ), the complex will house 40 food vendors and a concert hall. It’s the second gastronomic space in Tomsk, following the opening of “Lampochka” last year. Notably, some Novosibirsk restaurateurs previously opened establishments in “Lampochka,” though some have since closed.

“Monsta Family” began with several concepts at “Gastrokort,” including “Ryobernaya,” “Na Farshe,” “Wine and Greeks,” and “Monsta Pizza.” The group currently operates locations in “Food Hall 6/1” and the restaurant courtyard behind the Tsentralnaya Hotel.
