Ukrainian armed forces launched a drone attack on Moscow, resulting in nine drones being downed.

Earlier today, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that an air defense system successfully repelled an attack by a drone targeting the city. Emergency services are currently at the site where debris fell.

The Ministry of Defense stated that six UAVs were destroyed or intercepted over the Moscow region between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, with five specifically targeting the capital.

According to Oksana Yerokhanova, head of the Sergiev Posad district, drone debris damaged windows and facades of homes in the “Ryazantsy” cottage village. Thankfully, no casualties or injuries were reported. Andrei Vorobyov, Governor of the Moscow region, has shown the aftermath of the attack.
