DOM.RF and A101 Group have partnered to develop a methodology for the ESG+ rating, designed to evaluate the responsibility of construction businesses. The agreement, signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), aims to promote sustainable development and “green” construction practices within the industry.

The collaboration will also focus on creating support measures for developers who meet the ESG+ standard. This initiative is intended to incentivize companies to adopt environmentally and socially responsible approaches.

The national ESG standard, introduced at SPIEF in 2023, seeks to integrate state and business efforts to establish new corporate culture practices through public assessment. The agreement between DOM.RF and A101 Group includes additional projects aimed at enhancing the urban environment and fostering sustainable development principles.

Dmitry Tsvetov, Development Director of A101 Group, stated that these joint projects with DOM.RF are expected to motivate developers to prioritize sustainable development and energy-efficient construction.

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, held from June 18-21, 2025, has the theme “Common Values as the Basis for Growth in a Multipolar World.” The event has drawn 20,000 participants from 140 countries and territories. The plenary session with Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled for June 20.
