Construction has commenced on a kindergarten designed to accommodate 200 children in Lagolovo, Lomonosov District, Leningrad Oblast. The project, located within the “A101 Lagolovo” development, is currently in the excavation phase.
The new kindergarten will be a three-story building encompassing over 3,000 square meters. It will house nine groups, catering to children from nursery age through pre-school.
Inside, the facility will feature group rooms, spaces for various clubs, and dedicated halls for music and physical education. Additionally, offices for a psychologist and a speech therapist will be included to support the children’s developmental needs.
The outdoor area of the kindergarten will boast an extensive play area. More than 50 small architectural forms and play complexes will be installed to encourage active play and exploration. A flower garden and vegetable garden will also be created to provide children with hands-on learning opportunities.
Landscaping will cover two-thirds of the plot, with plans to plant 1,500 spirea bushes and Acer platanoides ‘Crimson King’ hedges. GC “A101” is acting as a co-investor in this project, providing half of the necessary funding.
