The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2025 has confirmed participation from representatives of 137 countries and territories. The Roscongress Foundation announced this information on its website.
The SPIEF 2025 business program will feature over 150 events. At least 600 speakers and moderators are expected to participate.
Among the confirmed speakers are notable international figures. These include Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Finance and National Economy of the Kingdom of Bahrain Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Algerian Minister of Energy Mohamed Arkab, and former Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs Aloysio Nunes Ferreira Filho.
The forum is scheduled to take place in St. Petersburg from June 18 to 21. The central theme of the event is “Common Values – the Basis of Growth in a Multipolar World.”
According to Alexey Valkov, Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation and Director of SPIEF, participant numbers are projected to increase by 20% compared to the previous year.
