The “Bolshaya Peremena” competition has concluded at the MDC “Artek,” bringing together nearly 1000 children for its final stage. The event featured students in grades 5-7 and participants in the international track.
700 Russian schoolchildren from 67 regions of Russia and over 200 high school students from 30 countries around the world participated in the final stage.
Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the finalists, which were read by Sergei Kirienko, the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.
The message highlighted that “‘Artek’ is once again becoming a center of attraction for gifted, active, and generous children with extraordinary ideas from different regions of our country and foreign countries.”
The message further stated that participants demonstrated their talents and abilities, learned to work in a team, and made true friends throughout the competition.
Putin also thanked the mentors and relatives of the competition participants.
