SK Mirozdanie, a company from Yekaterinburg, has been contracted to landscape the territory and install an entrance sign in Kronstadt. The Kronstadt district administration finalized the agreement with the contractor on May 27, according to SPARK data.

The entrance sign, a metal frame with chrome cladding and a polished granite base, will stand 8.10 meters high, 14.12 meters long, and 6.90 meters wide. The area surrounding the sign will feature paved paving slabs and a curb.

The contract includes stipulations to minimize disruption to nearby residents. Construction work will be limited to the hours of 9 AM to 6 PM to avoid noise during mornings and evenings, as the site is approximately 65 meters from residential buildings.

The district authorities initially announced the tender for the installation of the entrance sign on the public procurement portal in early April. The total cost of the project is estimated at 258 million rubles.

SK Mirozdanie LLC, established in Yekaterinburg in 1989, specializes in the development of construction projects. In the past year, the company reported revenue of 385 million rubles and a net profit of 3.4 million rubles. Notably, in 2024, all of the company’s orders originate from the Kronstadt district administration of St. Petersburg.

To date, there are two orders from the administration this year. The second contract, valued at 270 million rubles, is for completing landscaping work between houses 5 and 9 on Kronstadt Highway and was signed on May 28.

The developing district of Kronstadt is emerging as a new cultural and social hub.
