A large crowd gathered in Novosibirsk’s city center near the Pobeda cinema to celebrate Children’s Day. The event, organized for families and children, featured various activities and entertainment.

The celebration, which took place on the square near the cinema, included games led by jesters and appearances by a life-size bear doll. Children arrived with balloons, and the area was filled with music.

In addition to the outdoor festivities, the “Medvezhonok” (Little Bear) film festival, running from May 30 to June 1, is being held at the Pobeda cinema. The festival offers free screenings of cartoons, children’s films, and family movies, including recent releases and previously unseen films.

Prior to the Children’s Day celebration, residents of Novosibirsk also gathered near Pobeda for a New Year’s themed event where they danced in a circle with Snow Maidens and sang along to New Year’s songs.
