Moscow is implementing changes to public transport routes and traffic restrictions in the Otradnoye district due to mass events on Khachaturian Street. These measures will be in effect starting at 3:45 AM on June 6.
The changes are likely connected to preparations for Eid al-Adha, a major Islamic holiday celebrated this year on Friday, June 6.
Several bus routes will be affected. Buses m54 and 803 will be rerouted along Altufyevskoye Highway and Dekabristov Street.
Bus 628 will temporarily terminate at the Otradnoye metro station, on the Dekabristov Street side.
Bus c6 will travel from Yurlovsky proezd along Dekabristov Street to Bestuzhevykh Street, following its regular route in the opposite direction.
Bus 598 will also operate along Dekabristov Street.
Bus n9 will not stop at the Otradnoye metro station during this time.
In addition to public transport adjustments, traffic restrictions will be implemented on several streets in the city.
Road closures are planned near the Moscow Cathedral Mosque, close to the Prospekt Mira metro station.
On the day of the holiday, traffic will be restricted on Gilyarovsky Street, Meshchanskaya Street, Shchepkina Street, and Bolshaya Tatarskaya Street.
Access will also be restricted on Stary Tolmachevsky Lane, Klimentovsky Lane, and Ozerkovsky Lane.
A parking ban will be in effect in these areas, beginning at midnight on June 5.
