Wolf cubs at the Novosibirsk Zoo are captivating visitors with their playful antics and feeding sessions. The zoo’s black wolf family, originally from Canada, has become a popular attraction.

A video captured by a visitor shows the adult wolves attentively caring for their offspring. The mother is seen feeding the cubs, while another adult gently licks and interacts with them. The cubs reciprocate the affection, licking the adult’s muzzle.

The Novosibirsk Zoo has a long history with black wolves. The first pair arrived from Canada in 1992, and successful breeding has been ongoing since 1995.

Interestingly, black wolf cubs are typically born with dark fur that gradually turns gray as they age. The video released on May 30th showcases the black wolf mother nurturing her cubs in full view of zoo visitors.
