The annual “Sails of Kronstadt” festival will take place on June 21st at the “Island of Forts,” offering a wide array of activities for all ages, including historical reenactments, musical performances, and family-friendly entertainment. Admission to the festival is free, and events will run throughout the day.

The festival boasts a diverse program, with one of the highlights being sea trips on cruising sailing-motor yachts, offering spectacular views regardless of the weather.

Visitors can enjoy a vibrant concert program headlined by singer Vanya Dmitrienko, who will perform starting at 8:00 PM. Throughout the day, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the stage will feature performances by the cover band “Dunayevsky Orchestra,” True Party Band, “Chili Sanchez,” and other artists.

For those interested in history, the “Folk festivals, everyday life, and crafts of the era of Peter the Great” area provides an immersive experience. Attendees can participate in activities such as archery, musket shooting, sailor knot tying, and various other master classes. Demonstrations of “Fist Fights” and “Bear Fight” will also be held. The “Military Affairs of the Era of Peter the Great” area features a Russian artillery field position, the Bombardier Company of the Preobrazhensky Regiment’s camp, guard duty, and drill demonstrations. Gunpowder cannon salutes, performances by wandering animation, stilt walkers, street theaters, ballroom dancing lessons, 18th-century etiquette demonstrations, historical character parades, and folk games are also planned.

Families with children can enjoy peaceful and sporty activities at the “Mom, Dad, and Me – a Sports Family” venue. The program includes various games such as basketball and mini-football, as well as competitions and relays. Animators will also be present to entertain younger children in the playground.

Interactive venues will be open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, while the gastronomic zone will be open from 11:00 AM.
