Alexander Radulov will play another season with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, extending his contract with the team. The Winners agency, representing Radulov, confirmed the agreement on June 9.

Radulov’s return is seen as vital for the team’s aspirations. His leadership on and off the ice, along with his experience and motivation, are considered crucial assets.

In the 2024/25 season, Radulov was a key player for Lokomotiv. He participated in 60 regular season games, accumulating 34 points (18 goals and 16 assists).

During the playoffs, he added another 16 points (7 goals and 9 assists) in 21 games, contributing significantly to the team’s success.

Lokomotiv Yaroslavl won the Gagarin Cup with Radulov’s help. There were reports about a potential move to SKA, but the transfer did not materialize after Roman Rotenberg’s departure as head coach.
