Air defense systems successfully intercepted and destroyed three drones in the Tosnensky, Lomonosovsky, and Gatchinsky districts of the Leningrad Region, leading to temporary airspace restrictions.
Pulkovo Airport experienced a temporary suspension of operations, commencing at 5:02 AM and concluding at 8:04 AM, implemented to ensure the safety of civilian air travel. Flights have since resumed.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported the interception of 102 Ukrainian drones across multiple regions between the evening of June 9 and the morning of June 10, including two drones over the Leningrad Region. An additional drone was downed at approximately 7:00 AM Moscow time over the Leningrad Region.

Residents in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region experienced disruptions in mobile communication services and internet access.
A total of 18 flights scheduled to arrive in St. Petersburg were canceled between 5:00 AM and the end of the day, with a majority originating from Moscow. 19 departing flights from St. Petersburg were also canceled during the same period, mostly destined for Moscow.
Passengers affected by the flight delays were provided with refreshments.
