To keep nails in good condition, Tatyana recommends a few key practices. Moisturizing and nourishing nails with specialized products is crucial. For cuticles that tend to fray, she suggests professional care once a week.

Additionally, she advises against cutting toenails too short to prevent ingrowth. Protecting hands from harsh household chemicals and prolonged water exposure is essential. Using gloves with cotton lining can prevent skin allergies.
