Several streets in central Moscow will be closed to traffic this weekend, and parking will be prohibited in certain areas, according to the city’s Department of Transport. These restrictions are due to the “Two Rivers” festival and a race event.

The “Two Rivers” festival will cause a complete traffic closure on June 21 from 4:00 AM to 11:59 PM along Bolotnaya Embankment (from Bersenevskaya Embankment to Bersenevsky Lane) and Bersenevskaya Embankment (from Bersenevsky Lane to Bolotnaya Embankment). Parking in these areas will be prohibited from 12:01 AM on June 21 until the festival concludes.

Additionally, a race taking place on the night of Saturday, June 21, into Sunday, June 22, will result in further road closures.

Specifically, traffic will be blocked:

• From 8:00 PM to 11:59 PM along Testovskaya Street (from 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd to Presnenskaya Embankment).
• From 8:00 PM on June 21 to 12:01 AM on June 22 along Presnenskaya Embankment (from Testovskaya Street to Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment) and Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment (from Presnenskaya Embankment to Novoarbatsky Bridge).
• From 9:00 PM on June 21 to 12:15 AM on June 22 along Smolenskaya Embankment (from Novoarbatsky Bridge to Borodinsky Bridge).
• From 9:00 PM on June 21 to 12:30 AM on June 22 along Rostovskaya Embankment (from Borodinsky Bridge to 1st Vrazhsky Lane) and Savvinskaya Embankment (from 1st Vrazhsky Lane to Novodevichy Proezd).

Further restrictions from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM include:

• Novodevichya Embankment (from Novodevichy Proezd to Luzhnetskaya Embankment) and Khamovnichesky Val Street (from Novodevichya Embankment to Luzhnetsky Proezd).
• Luzhniki Street (from building 24, structure 48 to Novoluzhnetsky Proezd, building 9, structure 6).
• Alley of Glory (from Luzhniki Street to Luzhnetskaya Embankment) and Luzhnetskaya Embankment (from Novodevichya Embankment to Alley of Glory).

Parking in these areas affected by the race will also be prohibited from 12:01 AM on June 21 until the event is over.
