Air Arabia has canceled its regular flights to and from Russia until June 30, according to a statement released on June 18 by Artem Korenyako, a representative of Rosaviatsiya (Federal Air Transport Agency).

Despite the suspension of regular flights, the airline will continue to operate repatriation flights to transport citizens.

On June 18, Air Arabia had scheduled three flights to Moscow and Yekaterinburg, intending to carry over 460 passengers. For June 19, the airline plans five repatriation flights to Russia, with nearly 800 passengers expected to be transported.

Passengers who booked tickets as part of a tour package are advised to contact their point of purchase for assistance. Those who purchased tickets directly through the Air Arabia website have options to cancel their flight and receive a credit voucher, request a refund, or reschedule their flight.

To request a refund, voucher, or change flight dates, passengers are instructed to complete the form available on the Air Arabia website under the “Temporary Suspension of Flights” section.
