A fire in a clothing store in Vsevolozhsk on Vsevolozhsky Prospekt has resulted in the deaths of two women, presumed to be saleswomen. The blaze, which occurred on the morning of June 18, engulfed a significant area.
The fire’s area exceeded 600 square meters before it was completely extinguished. Initially, reports indicated the fire affected 150 square meters.
Investigators are currently looking into the cause of the fire, with preliminary findings suggesting faulty wiring as a potential trigger. The Investigative Committee of the Leningrad Region is actively involved in the investigation.
The prosecutor’s office is also conducting its own inquiry into the incident.
