During the challenging period of the COVID-19 lockdown, Tolpinsky mobilized approximately 40 individuals in Rostov to provide essential support. Recognizing the needs of vulnerable populations, they contacted the Rostov administration to offer their assistance.
The group was assigned the crucial task of distributing food to elderly individuals relying on social assistance across various districts of the city. They diligently carried out this responsibility on a daily basis throughout the duration of the strict lockdown measures.
