A man in Novosibirsk has been caught on video smashing the windshield of a parked car with his fist. The incident occurred at night on Petukhova Street.

Witnesses reported that the man, who appeared to be intoxicated, took issue with the parked Ford Focus sedan. He then proceeded to punch the windshield, causing it to shatter.

After damaging the vehicle, the man simply walked away from the scene.

The local news outlet NGS.RU has reached out to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Novosibirsk Region for an official statement on the matter.
