A new restaurant may soon be constructed on Krestovsky Island near the Rowing Canal in St. Petersburg. Smolny has issued an order to prepare a planning project (PPT) based on an application from the “Imperial Yacht Club” sports club.

The planning project will focus on the northwestern tip of Krestovsky Island, the location of the yacht club. The deadline for the completion of the documentation is set for March 5, 2026.

The proposed catering establishment will have a maximum area of 1.5 thousand square meters.

LLC “Sports and Recreation Complex “Imperial Yacht Club” is initiating and funding the project. The company, established in 2014, is owned by Andrey (99.9%) and Elena (0.1%) Evdokimov. The company’s net profit for 2024 was 232.5 million rubles.
