President Vladimir Putin has ordered the introduction of a new position in all state and municipal schools: advisor to the director for education and interaction with children’s public associations. The deadline for implementation is set for October 1, 2025, with annual reporting required.

The advisor will be responsible for fostering a unified educational environment and promoting cooperation between schools and children’s public associations.

The Ministry of Education and Rosdetcenter will provide methodological support and guidance to the regions to facilitate the introduction of these new positions. The support will be available by July 1.
