“Bond with a Button,” an indie-folk band originating from Neftekamsk, Bashkiria, is experiencing a surge in popularity, with sold-out concerts and chart-topping songs captivating millions of listeners. Rapper Basta has publicly expressed admiration for their unique sound, further boosting their profile.
The band’s leader, Ilya Zolotukhin, formed the group in 2017, drawing inspiration for the name from a popular meme and his preferred cigarette brand.
The current lineup includes Ilya Zolotukhin (lead singer), Damir Mukhamedzhanov (drums), Nikita Tyabotin (guitar), Ekaterina Nechaeva (double bass), Sofya Belyaeva (piano), and Natalya Tsukanova (backing vocals).

Ilya Zolotukhin, 24, moved to Moscow at 17 and studied at the Moscow State Institute of Culture. He noted that only he and the drummer Damir remain from the original lineup.
