Balance Coffee, a specialty coffee shop chain from Nalchik, plans to expand its business into Yekaterinburg and other Russian regions. The company aims to invest 1.5 billion rubles by 2027 to open over 100 new coffee shops.
The expansion includes cities like Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, and Krasnodar. Founded in 2019 by entrepreneur Kurban Murtazaliev, Balance Coffee already operates in Nalchik, Vladikavkaz, Stavropol, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, and Sochi.
Balance Coffee’s turnover reached 500 million rubles at the end of last year. The menu features a variety of items including classic and signature coffee drinks, breakfasts, lunches, salads, sandwiches, and desserts.
The opening date and location of the first Balance Coffee shop in Yekaterinburg have not yet been announced.
The expansion follows news that another coffee shop chain, “Drinkit” from the owner of Dodo Pizza, is also entering the Yekaterinburg market.
