Several streets in central Moscow are closed today, June 11th, due to Russia Day celebrations. The closures, which began at 7:00 AM and will last until 11:00 PM, affect Ilyinka Street from Novaya Square to Red Square, and Varvarka Street from Staraya Square to Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge. Traffic is also restricted in the passage between Ilyinka and Varvarka Streets near house number 5 on Red Square.

Due to the closures, bus routes m90 and No. 538 have been altered since 6:30 AM. These buses will not operate along Varvarka Street, bypassing Gostiny Dvor and Zaryadye Park.

Parking is prohibited on Frunzenskaya Embankment from the night of June 10th until the end of the event. Additionally, parking is not allowed on Ilyinka and Varvarka Streets starting from 12:01 AM on June 11th.

Moscow is observing four non-working days this week, from June 12th to 15th, in celebration of Russia Day on Thursday. During these days, parking will be free throughout Moscow, including in zones with higher tariffs and dynamic pricing.
