Significant disruptions to cellular communication are impacting St. Petersburg and the surrounding Leningrad region this morning, June 10th. Reports indicate widespread outages affecting mobile internet services, with intermittent disruptions to phone service as well.

Downdetector is registering a surge in outage reports across all major mobile network operators. The majority of these complaints are originating from users located within St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

Numerous residents are reporting issues across various districts of St. Petersburg. Affected areas include Vyborgsky, Pavlovsk-Pushkin, Primorsky, Moskovsky and Krasnoselsky. Users are experiencing complete loss of mobile internet connectivity and intermittent phone service disruptions.

Megafon and T-Mobile (formerly Tinkoff Mobile) customers are among those reporting service failures in the Vyborgsky district and other areas. The widespread nature of the problem suggests a broad network issue rather than isolated incidents.
