A woman was injured in a fire that broke out in an apartment in St. Petersburg’s Krasnogvardeysky district. The fire occurred late in the evening of June 10, prompting a response from emergency services.

The fire was reported at 10:37 PM in a three-room apartment located at 56 Marshal Blyukher Avenue. The blaze originated in the kitchen, where furnishings were burning across the entire 8 square meter area.

Firefighters successfully extinguished the fire at 11:29 PM. The injured woman was promptly taken to a local hospital for medical treatment.

A total of three pieces of firefighting equipment and a team of 15 personnel were involved in combating the fire.
