Luxury apartments are being developed in the northwest of Moscow, a prestigious area known for its abundant parks and green spaces. Several developers are actively involved in constructing new residential complexes on the sites of former industrial zones and factories.

KROST, MR Group, and GC FSK are among the leading developers, each undertaking three residential complexes. Other notable projects include the “High-rise on Zhukov” by KROST, designed to resemble a Stalinist skyscraper, and the “Cityzen” residential complex by MR Group, a “multi-quarter” featuring residential buildings, offices, shops, and cafes. GC FSK is developing the premium-class “Sydney City” and “Sydney Prime” complexes along the Moskva River.

Prices for apartments in these new developments vary considerably. In “High-rise on Zhukov,” one-room apartments start at 36.4 million rubles, while two-room apartments begin at 53.4 million rubles. The “Theater Quarter,” another KROST project, offers one-room apartments from 20.1 million rubles. The “Cityzen” complex has studios starting at 11.1 million rubles and one-room apartments from 16.2 million rubles. “Sydney Prime” features higher-end pricing, with two-room apartments costing at least 65.9 million rubles.

However, some projects have faced challenges. The “Club House October,” an elite residential complex, has been under construction for an extended period, with delays and financial issues impacting its completion. Despite these setbacks, the project is reportedly back on track, with completion anticipated by the end of June 2026.
