Two apartment buildings in Novosibirsk, deemed dilapidated, are slated for demolition under a new contract exceeding 2.2 million rubles. The Novosibirsk Municipal Institution “City Housing Agency” is seeking a contractor for the project, according to information posted on the government procurement website June 9.
The buildings, located at 5th Rimsky-Korsakov lane, 7, and Chernyshevsky descent, 5a, near the Dimitrovsky bridge, are both two-story wooden structures. The house on Rimsky-Korsakov lane was built in 1951, while the one on Chernyshevsky descent dates back to 1932.
The contract specifies that all demolition work must adhere to federal and industry standards, including SNiP, GOST, and SP regulations. The contractor will be responsible for dismantling the buildings, loading debris, backfilling trenches, and site leveling. The work must be completed within 20 business days following the contract signing.
The city budget for 2025 will fund the demolition. Applications for the procurement are due by June 17, and the contractor selection is scheduled for June 18. The statement of volumes of structural solutions includes work such as dismantling buildings by collapse, loading debris, backfilling trenches, and more.
This announcement follows a previous procurement in early June for the demolition of two other houses near the Monument of Glory, with a budget of over 19.4 million rubles.
