Several traffic restrictions will be in place in St. Petersburg during the second half of June due to various sporting events. The central streets and Krestovsky Island will be most affected.

From June 17th to 20th, extensive closures are scheduled in the city center for the All-Russian athletics race “Fight and Win.”

Cycling races will cause parking restrictions on June 15th from midnight to 9:00 PM on Severnaya Doroga (from Bodrov Lane to Yuzhnaya Doroga), Bodrov Lane, and the Grebnoy Canal embankment. Traffic will also be closed from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on the same day on Severnaya Doroga (from Ryukhina Street to the Grebnoy Canal embankment), Bodrov Lane, the Grebnoy Canal embankment, Martynova embankment (from house 38T to Bodrov Lane), Tennis Alley, Velosipednaya Alley, Futbolnaya Alley, and Central Alley.

Specific closures for the “Fight and Win” event include: Admiralteysky Prospekt (from Senate Square to Voznesensky Prospekt) and St. Isaac’s Square (from Admiralteysky Prospekt to Malaya Morskaya Street) from 0:00 on June 17th to 7:00 on June 20th; Voznesensky Prospekt (from Malaya Morskaya Street to Admiralteysky Prospekt), Gorokhovaya Street (from Malaya Morskaya Street to Admiralteysky Prospekt), Admiralteyskaya Embankment, Bolshaya Morskaya Street (from Kirpichny Lane to Nevsky Prospekt), Senate Square, Admiralteysky Prospekt, Palace Bridge, Palace Embankment (from Palace Drive to Suvorov Square), Marble Lane, Millionnaya Street (from Suvorov Square to Marble Lane), Suvorov Square (in the direction from Palace Embankment to Millionnaya Street along house 5 on Millionnaya), the drive along the Field of Mars, Tsaritsyn Drive, the odd side of the Griboyedov Canal embankment (from Konyushennaya Square to Nevsky Prospekt), Nevsky Prospekt (in the direction from Sadovaya Street to Admiralteysky Prospekt and from Admiralteysky Prospekt to the Griboyedov Canal embankment), and Palace Drive from 5:00 to 7:00 on June 19th.

Parking prohibitions related to “Fight and Win” are: from 0:00 to 23:59 on June 17th – on Admiralteysky Prospekt from Senate Square to Voznesensky Prospekt and on St. Isaac’s Square from Admiralteysky Prospekt to Malaya Morskaya Street; from 0:00 to 23:59 on June 18th – on Admiralteysky Prospekt from Gorokhovaya Street to St. Isaac’s Square; from 0:00 to 23:59 on June 19th – on Voznesensky Prospekt from Malaya Morskaya Street to Admiralteysky Prospekt, Gorokhovaya Street from Malaya Morskaya to Admiralteysky, Bolshaya Morskaya Street from Kirpichny Lane to Nevsky Prospekt, Senate Square, Admiralteyskaya Embankment, Palace Embankment from Palace Drive to Suvorov Square, in Marble Lane, on Millionnaya Street from Suvorov Square to Marble Lane, Suvorov Square in the direction from Palace Embankment to Millionnaya Street, in the drive along the Field of Mars, Tsaritsyn Drive and on the odd side of the Griboyedov Canal embankment from Konyushennaya Square to Nevsky Prospekt.

Additionally, from June 19th to 21st, the sports event “SUP-Breakfast” will cause restrictions. Stopping will be prohibited on the odd side of the Kryukov Canal embankment from Dekabristov Street to the Moika embankment from 0:00 to 10:00 on June 19th, and traffic will be closed there from 10:00 on June 19th to 23:00 on June 21st.
